At the ICAO Assembly in Montreal, the project “Green Corridors”, developed by specialists from RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia”, won 3rd place in the prestigious Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Aviation Award, competing with 52 countries, 84 projects, and 194 participants. The project promotes the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in cargo operations, featuring reduced air navigation charges, a Book & Claim mechanism, scientific CO₂ emission modeling, and pilot routes starting in 2026. The authors of the project are Assylkhanov Madi and our Master’s program graduates Nursultan Tompiyev, Asset Akhmetbayev, as well as Akkulov Abay, a final-year student of RAI’s Professional Bachelor study program ““International Transportation Enterprise Management”. They currently hold leading positions at RSE «Kazaeronavigatsia» and actively collaborate with our institute on research projects. We are proud of our graduates and their contribution to the sustainable development of international aviation!
