Representatives of Riga Aeronautical Institute – Vice President M. Romele and Development Director I. Arandas – participated in the ICAO EUR/NAT regional seminar on aviation training and workforce planning. The seminar brought together representatives from training institutions and academia to discuss current issues in aviation workforce development, share best practices, and evaluate regional and national strategies aligned with the ICAO NGAP (Next Generation of Aviation Professionals) program. I. Arandas shared RAI’s experience in his presentation “Training of aviation specialists considering the requirements of higher education and professional training in the aviation field.” Thanks  for the opportunity to participate and represent RAI at the international level!
